Pantechnicon Sachi -- Vermont Olive Oak by Sagrada.
Sagrada specified Vermont engineered wood in Olive Oak across the Sachi restaurant interior at the Pantechnicon, Belgravia. The Olive Oak tone reads warmer and greener than a standard oak palette, supporting the restaurant brief without competing with the food and ceramics that are the visual focus.
Vermont's hybrid construction tolerates the 30-60% RH cycle of restaurant interiors and the antibacterial-tested surface (ISO 22196) suits a food-and-beverage environment.

Where Vermont has been specified.
"Vermont's defining differentiator is the structural wood-powder layer. Most engineered oak uses only a thicker oak lamella over plywood. The wood powder enables a thinner real-timber top with the same indent resistance."
Specification
The hybrid wood-powder plank, in detail.
~11mm hybrid
UV-hardened acrylic surface + real wood top + structural wood-powder composite + HDF middle (~930 kg/m³) + moisture-resistant edge + wood-powder backing.
29°C surface
UFH-compatible to 29°C surface temperature -- 2°C above the cork range. Hybrid construction tolerates seasonal RH movement.
≥100 N/mm²
Brinell indent resistance ≥100 N/mm² for oak. Holds up to chair-led restaurant traffic and high-density commercial.

Workplace case study
35 Grosvenor Street -- Vermont American Walnut by Studio KKD.
Studio KKD specified Vermont in American Walnut across the workplace fit-out at 35 Grosvenor Street -- a richer, deeper engineered wood palette than oak that pairs with the brand's curated material identity.
The hybrid wood-powder construction supports UFH at 29°C surface temperature across the open floor.

★★★★★“We worked with The Floor Gallery on a fairly large commercial flooring project, and the whole process was handled professionally from beginning to end. Their team clearly understands the products, installation requirements, and the practical details that can easily become problems on a larger job… It is hard to find a flooring company that can handle larger projects without creating unnecessary stress, but The Floor Gallery did exactly that. We would be happy to work with them again.”
